They are a very warm welcoming office. Everyone is kind and very friendly. I've never had issues with a bill or charges. They know exactly how to make the process easy. I have a disabled young adult, that has sensory issues and I was worried how he was going to react to the process they do for the doctor to diagnose eye care. The assistant, Adriana took my son and did an excellent job with him. I was very impressed with her kindness and patience. It made our visit so much easier. Dr. Cooper is also the very best. We will continue to come to see her.
I am a new patient and was so pleased with my experience. My appointment was on time, Paperwork was minimal. My exams were thorough and painless. Dr. Katie Braganza, not only is beautiful but competent. She was so cheerful and explained everything to me about my eyes. I am 65 and there were a couple areas to watch for in future exams. I traveled 1 hour to get here from Susanville and will gladly return here. I already set up my appointment for next year. PS Your eyes are what is important but as a side note, they have a vast array of frames for women, men and youth. Jennifer helped me select my frames and I think I look pretty good in our choice. She took care of the insurance and off I went…feeling pretty good!
