At Family Eyecare Associates, we offer a Service Agreement to our patients who wear Rigid Gas Permeable contact lenses and Conventional soft contact lenses. This is sometimes referred to as “insurance” for your contacts.
If a lens is lost, broken or torn, if you would like a spare pair of contacts, or if the doctor recommends a change in prescription, you may purchase your new lens/lenses at a savings of 30% below the usual cost.
As long as this agreement stays current, you may purchase any new lens for any reason at the reduced rate.

Furthermore, for our disposable contact lens patients, we supply you with extra lenses as need be through the year if one is lost or is torn. We do this as a way to provide excellent patient care and service throughout your experience with us.
