I shifted from my previous DR. to Dr James Raulino at the Reno location because my Dr stopped taking VSP. The entire experience was wonderful. Linda, the front desk person is very friendly and efficient. Heather, the tech was really fun and very competent and Dr Raulino was thorough and extremely accommodating, not to mention enjoyable to interact with. I am very glad I made the switch.

This place rocks. I’m from out of town and needed new glasses so I tried my luck here. The doctor and staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Doc even worked with me to decide whether or not a prescription change was necessary for my needs. The gal up front picked out the coolest frames for me and broke down the costs clearly, answering my every question. Highly recommend if they take your insurance!

Family Eyecare Associates had many openings to choose from, which is great due to my busy schedule. The Optometrists was very kind and gave me the care that I needed. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

Had an eye exam for myself plus my little one & everyone was extremely kind, helpful & friendly! Their scheduling process was fast & easy allowing me to schedule online. Even had them follow up with me afterwards & accommodate our appointments so my daughter wouldn’t be alone in the room during her first eye exam. Dr.Raulino made my daughter & myself feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
